There is nothing that beats a day of fishing as far as fun goes. It's a terrific stress buster. The best sport in the world for me, is bass fishing, no doubt about it.

What fun, going bass fishing and relaxing at the same time. Keep your thinking caps on while bass fishing and also just hang loose while the fish size you up.

Many pros and cons exist when you are talking about bass fishing; there is no middle ground in liking or disliking it...some folks just love it from the very beginning and others abhor it. It's very simple; yes or no type of thing.

In the beginning, when you are just getting introduced to bass fishing, you may not be aware just how many sides the sport has. Who comes out the winner is the exhilarating fun of hooking a largemouth bass and the fight that goes on while he is in the water.

Some folks can be identified by their likes and dislikes in the world of bass fishing; some like to fish for smallmouth, some like to fish for largemouth, and there a many that will go for striped bass. Different people like to fish for different types of bass, but that doesn't mean you have to choose just one to concentrate on.

Surf casting or fly fishing or stream fishing or fishing from a boat; some of the options you have as a bass fisherman when you take up bass fishing and look into just how many sides to the sport there are.

Boat fishing afficianados outnumber other anglers by far when it comes to bass fishing. It's hard when you are just starting out in bass fishing, to know if you would be a good fisherman from a boat; but the best way to find out would be to get hooked up with a like minded group of bass fishing people and go out fishing with them.

Learn from and with others is one of the smartest things you can do when you are breaking into bass fishing, and this can be done by starting out with a bass fishing party who can take you under their wing and get you started. Learning what you can about bass fishing comes a lot easier to you if you join up with a group of bass fishermen and let them show you the ropes.
